INTRODUCTION 

The lift-sliding mechanical parking system is made up of 5 major components which are steel structure, carry board, transmission system, control system and security protection system. 

Through operation of PLC controller,the system will work and the platform automatically go down to the ground floor, then the driver can park and retrieve his cars.

The frame of steel structure adopts wide span for front standing post which is convenient for the vehicles going through. 

This project is a four layers and 5 car lots lift-sliding mechanical parking system. There are number printed on every platform,driver can can use the proxy card (proxy card is tagged to which platform number)or press button number(button number is tagged to which platform number) to operate it to park and take out his cars. 

The simplex operation in the electrical control is running by a program logic control(PLC) intelligent program system, it is adopted to carry out the automatic inspect, malfunction display and system alarm during the whole process of parking system operation, and it could compatibly interface with automatic management system of the park lot. The PLC control also has good capability of anti-jamming and voltage stabilization.
